The Pentagon said this week that some 61 released inmates are believed to be back in the terrorist fight. Also, Bush allies in the intelligence world say the rough tactics and lonely hours in Guantanamo have squeezed out useful results.
Now what till Obama do? Will he just become another Dukakis with a revolving door for bad people?
